Breaking down P1Harmony’s world tour
With expectations high from showstopping Seoul and U.S. concerts, what can we expect from the second half of the P1oneer world tour?
P1Harmony have demonstrated their devotion to their fans during the first half of their P1oneer tour. The tour kicked off in Seoul on January 14th and 15th, and soon moved to Los Angeles on the 20th to visit U.S. locations. P1Harmony consists of six talented performers: their leader Keeho, Theo, Jiung, Intak, Soul, and Jongseob.
From start to finish of every show, the group delivered raw vocals and constant energy. Starting with the live band versions of their songs “Look At Me Now,” “Scared,” and “Back Down,” the group also went on to perform five cover songs with solo, duo, and trio stages. Most songs included full choreography, and the group also enjoyed interacting with the crowd, both on the floor and in the stands.
During the tour so far, the group have performed in smaller venues, which has allowed for a more intimate atmosphere and the opportunity for the group to go all out and have fun with fans. In February, the group also gave fans the unique experience of celebrating member Soul’s, birthday together, an unforgettable event for the group and crowd alike.
The tour itself was orchestrated not just by FNC Entertainment, but also by the members themselves. One member, Theo, worked on the set list with staff to ensure that fan favorites made it onto the list as well as the title tracks from each of their mini albums. In each venue, Theo also worked on mapping the best routes to the stage during the encore, where they descend from the audience.
This was not the only surprise to come from the tour; halfway through the U.S. locations at Reading, Pennsylvania, “That’s It,” a song from their first mini album, was also added to the set list. As well, at the New York show, New Hope Club appeared for a special surprise performance, foreshadowing their later release of “Super Chic,” P1Harmony’s second collaboration.
The U.S. leg of the P1oneer tour finished in Dallas, Texas, but this was soon followed by the release of the group’s most recent comeback, [HARMONY: ALL IN], their sixth mini album. This new release has been speculated to be added to the set list for the upcoming tour dates with new choreography. The next leg of the tour begins in Canada and moves to Latin America, starting on July 9th in Vancouver.
The group have also released tour dates for Asia, Australia, and New Zealand, beginning in Hong Kong on September 5th. These locations will also be accompanied with a new pick-a-pose snapshot package, after the high demand of the polaroid with P1Harmony experience.
Expectations for the rest of the P1oneer tour are high, and fans are sure to be provided with an unforgettable experience.
